Android Passion Project

So for the past few weeks I have been thinking about getting back into developing Android applications. I recently got a new Moto G phone that I just love and have been looking for a specific application that will allow me to read stories from slashdot.  There are a few applications on the Android Play Store that do this already, but I am not happy with how some of the look and work.   For the past couple of weeks I’ve been playing around with Android Studio and will soon begin developing an application that will allow me to read the stories and comments on slashdot! I am very excited about this little project as this is something that I will be using for my own and I really want to make it easy and fun to use! Who knows, maybe I’ll even upload the application to the Android Play Store so that other people can also use it!

I will come back to this blog and write down some thoughts on my progress on this application!
